Tech Support

Before calling or emailing for
Tech Support, be prepare to tell:
what the problem is, as well as when and where you have it
- what have you tried to resolve it yourself
- what kind of technology you are using (brand, browser, etc)

Most Tech Support problems are routed through Web Help DeskYou can get help by:
    1. Login to Web Help Desk and record a request
    2. Email
    3. Call Ext. 150

With Web Help Desk, you can also login to check on the status of your "ticket" (request). Instructions for using Web Help Desk
