Java Updates and PT Gradebook In October, we advised teachers not to update to the latest version of Java as it was incompatible with our current version of PowerTeacher Gradebook. Pearson has since released a compatible version, and we installed it last week. We have tested the system, and everything seems to work now. You can now feel free to update any school or home machines to the latest version of Java. We have found using Firefox or Chrome seems to work easiest/best with the Gradebook. Updates to Web Filter To accommodate the network speed increases we will be implementing over the next few weeks, Tech Services has made numerous changes to the District's web filtering system.
