More than 3,000 EUSD students participated in the Hour of
Code for Computer Science Education Week 2013.
The goal of the week is to get as many students introduced to coding as
possible. Students and teachers alike
enjoyed the experience. One teacher
reported that a student said coding “made his brain happy.” To date, over 21 million have learned an hour
of code with over 710 million lines of code written by students. It’s never too late to start! Resources are still available at
code.org.
