About 110 EUSD Teachers and Administrators gave up their Saturday to attend the 30th Annual
SDCUE Technology Conference on November 2nd, 2013. This year the conference was held at California State University, San Marcos ( CSUSM ) and had over 1000 attendees from across Southern California. With over 125 45-minute sessions, there was a lot to learn. There were a number of speakers at the conference from EUSD, including Kyra Bowers, Kim Buhler, Tali Collier, JoAnn Fox, Chia Grossmann, Ted Kirkbride, and Heather McCrimmon. The conference also featured presentations from CSUSM's iQuest and the San Marcos Writing Project (SMWP).  Helping to put on this large conference were 120 volunteers including many from EUSD: Susan Upson, Rhonda Potter, Krystle Miller, Terri Price, Tom Borer, Todd Mattox, Brad Pascoe, Jackie Algazi, Sheryl Hoover, Telly Lam, Nathaniel Williams, Nichole Jones, and Amanda Peeples. EUSD sent the largest numbers of district teachers to the conference - EUSD loves to learn!
